Cody Schneider - Head Coach

Coach Cody Schneider is in his 5th year with the program and in 2023 was appointed as not only the 17u Black Head Coach but the Showcase Coordinator for 5 Star National Virginia. Recently he was announced as the Associate Head Coach at his alma-mater, Hickory High School in Chesapeake, VA where he won a State Championship in 2014 and was named 1st Team All State and 1st Team All Tidewater. In 2016, he received a baseball scholarship to play at Radford University where in 2017 they were named Big South Tournament Champions and made it to the 2017 Louisville Regional of the College World Series. Cody has built a phenomenal reputation in the Hampton Roads area over the last few years, while committing dozens of players to play at the next level. His 2026 class is led by commitments to Virginia Tech, Columbia University, and the George Washington University where all players received scholarships to play at the Division 1 level.

Justin Baird - Assistant Coach

Coach Justin Baird is entering his 7th Season with our organization where he has coached teams from 14u through 18u and has been Coach Cody's primary assistant with 17u Black for the last 3 seasons. Coach Baird is also the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Kellam High School in Virginia Beach, having done stints as an assistant coach at Kellam, Princess Anne, and Tallwood High Schools. His wealth of baseball knowledge and regional contacts has made him a valuable asset to the organization and provides us some serious depth to our 17u Coaching Staff.
